Landscape and food, food and landscape. Both are historcally intertwined but nowadays seem very disconnected. In this blog I want to follow the discoveries I encounter and the contemplations I dive into while researching the historical relations between food and landscape and landscape and food.

I found inspiration in the history of urbanisation.
